Therapy tailored for you

About Vibrance Relationship Therapy

Vibrance Therapy is about discovering the meaning of what it is to be fully alive and bringing that vitality into a relationship with yourself, your life purpose, your relationships with others -- whether that be a romantic partner, friends or family - and into our communities.
This is similar to what people refer to as a peak state but it is also a sustainable way to live.
This therapeutic experience is a pursuit of growth, learning and deepening connections - connection to self, spirituality, nature, life’s meaning, and to people.
This takes great courage and tenacity combined with a willingness to be uncomfortable for a greater gain or reward -- it’s not easy but it’s worth it.
In this case, it’s not about circumstances or resources, because neither of those change the truth that we have the power to define the quality of our being and our aliveness.
I desire to help you create freedom, not dependency on therapy.
Together, we will uncover skill sets to connect you to your own wisdom and power, and thrive.

My Philosophy

Therapy and healing starts with oneself. When we commit to deeply nourishing ourselves and learning the skillsets necessary to enhance and feed our life-force energy, we discover the definition of creating a state of vibrance that leaves you feeling fully alive and engaged with life.

About Julie Elizabeth Benton, LMFT

Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m happy we are getting to know each other.
I was born and raised in Arizona and grew up in a large, blended family. Growing up in a large family taught me a lot about myself including the value of connection, and the complexities of relationships.
Connection is one of the most powerful things that gives my life meaning, purpose, and fulfillment, and I would guess it might be the same for you. I deeply value the connections I make in my everyday encounters as we collectively share in this life experience together, learning and growing from one another.
In my own life, the most important relationship I have developed has been with myself. I find that this is the centerpoint of everything I do and directly affects the quality of every other relationship I engage in.
In my work, I am passionate about supporting people in developing authentic relationships with themselves and with their loved ones. It is truly an honor and privilege to share sacred space moments with my clients who are venturing into the depths of vulnerability, healing life-long wounds, and discovering the beauty of intimacy that is possible when we allow ourselves to be truly seen.
Some of my favorite activities include immersing myself in nature in almost any capacity, quality time with friends and family, playing with my puppy Oliver, traveling and experiencing other cultures, and dancing / singing with any music that makes my heart happy.
