Do you accept insurance?

I am not contracted with insurance, and would be considered an “out of network” provider. I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for personal out of network reimbursement. Percentage of reimbursement varies depending on your individual plan, so I recommend reviewing your benefits to become familiar with your specific plan and out of network benefits.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy can benefit anyone who is ready and willing to invest in themselves and receive support in the process. Whether you are currently stuck in patterns that create stress and pain in your life, or you are interested in learning tools for success in love and life, therapy can help. We are all in this messy human experience together, and sometimes we need reminders that we are not alone. We all have unique strengths and abilities to accomplish great things, and we are strongest when we work together! However, the best way to find out if therapy is the right fit for you, is to try it! I offer free 15 minute consultations to discuss your goals and determine if we would be a good fit to work together.
