In my work with clients, I have found that we all want and need the same things- to love and be loved, to experience joy with connection to self and others, and to live a life filled with purpose and meaning.

It can be so painful when we get caught in situations that block us from what is most important to us, and keep us from living full, vibrant lives. You may find yourself getting stuck in the same patterns with your partner- having the same fight over and over- or struggling with thoughts that make you doubt yourself – feeling like there’s something wrong with you or that you’re not good enough.

These feelings can be discouraging and isolating, but you are not alone!

I help my clients learn new tools to handle these challenges in a way that not only makes them more bearable to live with but reaches the heart of the matter and resolves them at the root. Using highly researched, evidence-based approaches, we can overcome the problems you are facing and create meaningful change together.

Who I Am

I was born and raised in Arizona and grew up in a large blended family. Growing up in a large family taught me a lot about myself, the value of connection, and the complexities of relationships.

Connection is one of the most powerful things that gives my life meaning, purpose, and fulfillment as I build relationships with people I love. I also deeply value the connections I make in my everyday encounters as we collectively share in this life experience together, learning and growing from one another.

In my free time, I love to explore and adventure with new experiences, places, and activities. I’m a passionate foodie with a particular interest in health and nutrition. I’m always discovering new ways to experience all the colors, flavors, and varieties this world has to offer with an awe and gratitude for the way it can nurture, heal, and enhance our bodies and lives.

Some of my favorite activities include being active outdoors in almost any capacity, quality time with friends and family, traveling and experiencing other cultures, and dancing/singing with any music that makes my heart happy.

My Philosophy

In my work with clients, I have found that we all want and need the same things- to love and be loved, to experience joy with connection to self and others, and to live a life filled with purpose and meaning.

I specialize in relationship issues including communication problems, emotional disconnection, sexuality issues, and infidelity/betrayal recovery. I also specialize in trauma recovery, faith crises/transitions, and identity exploration. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Gottman method, and systemic theories with an emphasis on attachment. As a trauma-informed, systemic clinician, I use an integrated holistic approach to custom tailor treatment to the individual needs of my clients.

Seeking out a therapist can be a vulnerable process. It means you’ve decided to invest in your personal growth and have the courage to trust another person with supporting you in a very personal journey. I don’t take that decision or trust lightly and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment for you to explore yourself and grow in your relationships. As an advocate for inclusivity, I am sex positive, kink positive, LGBTQ and poly affirming.

I work best with highly motivated clients who are seeking to improve their relationships with themselves and their loved ones. I hope to empower my clients with tools to overcome life’s challenges and gain the freedom to live more vibrantly by strengthening personal relationships, healing from traumatic experiences, embracing sexuality, deepening intimacy, and exploring authentic self-expression and identity.

My philosophy is centered around connecting you with your own voice of authority and personal power to discern what is best for you throughout our work together. You are the most powerful agent of change. If you are ready to take the next step, call and schedule an appointment or request a free consultation to determine if it’s the right fit for you.

What I Love Most

I believe love has the greatest power to heal and I’m passionate about helping people become their best selves to live and love in full alignment with who they are.

It is a great privilege to work alongside my clients and witness sacred space moments of vulnerability, strength, and resilience as they invest in themselves and their relationships to create meaningful connection in their lives.

I love what I do because it’s a part of who I am. Being involved in this work is the most human, humbling, and inspiring experience that helps me grow personally every day. I’m a big believer in practicing what I preach and do my best to hold myself accountable to the things I ask my clients to do, living in integrity with my values, doing my own work, and showing up fiercely and whole-heartedly in my own life journey.
